Since the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act was signed into law, many are concerned about the impact this tax reform plan will have on them. To help explain some of the major provisions affecting housing in California, C.A.R. has created handouts detailing the impact that this tax reform plan may have on first-time buyers, home sellers and homeowners. There also are sheets that provide examples of how a first-time buyer's taxes may change under this plan. Check them out, print, share and educate people you care about.

Here are snapshots of each sheet, some are multiple pages. Click the page and it will open up and you can download and or print to share; aren't taxes fun?!?
