Santa Clara County Blows the Nation Out of the Water!

So many of you have been watching the news and our Real Estate market is going insane here in the Bay Area. I have been sending out my Market Trends Newsletter so you all could keep updated on the current market conditions.

Recently I ran across this info-graphic which gives a snapshot of the country's market because it's based on the National Association of Realtors numbers.

This is a lot of good information, don't get me wrong. They're spot on about nearly everything. The area that isn't quite right is the Days on Market statistic. I've attached below a search I ran and it shows the average days on market and how that affects the sales price.
